We know that our clients need and expect results for their pet's most frustrating problem behaviors, and we do everything in our power to deliver those results.  However, we also understand that, in dog training, there are no quick fixes to behavior.  We recognize that a dog's response to behavior modification and training is the result of many factors--his previous experiences, breed, and the dog owner's ability to follow the behavior modifcation plan designed for them.  

We abide by our pledge to the Association of Pet Dog Trainers' Code of Ethics, section 6, which reads: “Members will refrain from giving guarantees regarding the outcome of training because there is no sure way to guarantee the cooperation and performance of all parties involved and because the knowledge of animal behavior is incomplete.”  The second part of APDT’s clause reads that the prohibition against behavior-based guarantees “...should not be confused with a trainer’s desire to guarantee client satisfaction with their professional services.”
